Sinosinfil Maritime, Inc. is a duly licensed manning agency based in the Philippines. Founded amidst the pandemic back in 2020, starting the agency was a shot in the dark. However, SMI took the risk in building the company from scratch and overcoming obstacles posed by the new landscape, molding it into the resilient company it is today.

Crew Sourcing & Screening
We carefully source and select qualified officers, ratings, and cadets through a meticulous screening process. Each crew member is assessed not only for technical skills but also for their attitude, adaptability, and alignment with our principals’ standards.
Medical Compliance
We ensure full compliance with all medical and health requirements. Our team coordinates pre-employment medical examinations (PEME), drug testing, and other necessary clearances to certify that our crew are fit and ready for deployment.
Travel & Mobilization
We handle all logistical arrangements, from flight bookings to port coordination, ensuring smooth embarkation and repatriation processes for your crew.
In-House Training
We provide in-house orientation sessions, safety briefings, and client-specific training, ensuring that seafarers are well-prepared before boarding your vessels.
Cadetship Program
We proudly offer a structured Cadetship Program aimed at developing young, energetic, and driven cadets into future officers. Through proper mentorship, onboard training, and continuous career guidance, we support their growth while building a strong leadership pipeline for our principals.
